Shipping Information


At this time we will only be shipping in Canada and to the United States, normally within 3-5 business days once order has been placed (may increase during high volume times and promotions) Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (MST), via Canada Post through their ground/surface delivery services, unless otherwise requested. 

For international delivery requests, please email [email protected] and we will consider each order on a case by case basis.

All orders receive automatic package tracking, please ensure your email is provided at checkout.  We are not responsible for any duties/taxes/levies imposed by local governments or import agencies for US or International orders, as well as any missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, or for packages damaged in transport.  

Please Note: If address provided is not verified by Canada Post and is returned to Essence Dental Hygiene, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package resent. 


  • CANADA: Expedited ships nationally in Canada about 4-9 business days and Xpresspost ships in about 2-3 days.
  • USA: Expedited ships to the United States in about 6-10 business days and Xpresspost ships in about 4-5 days
  • These rates are not guaranteed however. They are estimated dates based on Canada Post as it is dependent on how busy they are and/or due to COVID-19 shipping delays.


In Canada, Expedited shipping for orders under $40 is available for a flat rate of $9.99.

In the USA, shipping rates are based on location and calculated at checkout.

Shipping is based out of Edmonton, AB, Canada.

Orders over $40 before tax are subject to free shipping across Canada only.


Free shipping within Canada is calculated at checkout when you spend over $40 after discount codes but before taxes for all orders with a minimum $40 spend.


If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, save the item and please contact us within 5 business days of receipt at: [email protected]. We will provide you with a return label and once we receive the item, we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.  

If you received damaged products, save all contents and packing material and contact us within 5 business day of receipt at: [email protected]. Please provide your order number, and a photo of the damaged product and shipping materials to ensure speedy customer service response time. Failure to contact us within 5 business days voids any responsibility we may have had.
